Leading this work is our Director of Clinical Operations, a Wound Specialist and in‑house Nurse Practitioner who plays a pivotal role in connecting advanced wound care technologies with real‑world best practices in grafting.
She provides comprehensive education on LCD guidance, documentation requirements, and graft‑related best practices, ensuring providers have the clarity and resources needed to succeed. Her role also includes addressing clinical questions related to graft application and protocol optimization, supporting providers as they navigate complex wound care scenarios.
In addition to her educational and clinical support responsibilities, she contributes to the leadership of HealthTech's retrospective case series and clinical trial, helping advance continuous improvement in wound care through structured evidence development.
